How can a university website inspire global action?

The higher education space is hyper-competitive. That means, more than any other category, the first impression is everything.

If your website is boring, chances are, the experience is too.

Make their mission loud and clear.

For Zags, changing the world started within.

As a Jesuit University, Gonzaga’s mission meant everything. Our clients wanted a website that showcased that the people who attended Gonzaga were the people who were changing the world.

Change the conversation.

We called it The Passion Finder.

It shifted the content conversation– we weren’t asking users the traditional, “What do you want to study?”

We asked, “What do you want to be?”

It positioned Gonzaga’s programs as doorways to changing the world.

Share life in living color.

For students, a vibrant and active student life was way more appealing than teachers in classrooms.

We brought campus life front and center with quick access to event calendars, programs with power, and a vibrant instagram feed.

Highlight how far a Gonzaga grad can go.

Lastly, we added an interactive map based on alumni stories from around the globe, showing potential students exactly where a degree from Gonzaga can take them.
