I was born on Leap Year Day.

I was a Cultural Ambassador to Australia at the age of 17.

I lived in a mud hut in West Africa for over 3 years.

I worked as a kayak guide on the Chicago River for 4 years.

I’ve planted over 2000 trees with my own hands.

I biked through three West African countries. Solo.

I serve on my local park district board.

I’m an extra in Batman Begins, Transformers 2, The Express and Contagion.

I've been attacked by hippos. Five separate times.

I used to play harmonica with a funk band in Boston.

I have a BA in English with a Creative Writing emphasis and minor in Philosophy.

Attended Chicago Portfolio School (RIP) and Second City School.

I volunteer weekly.

I helped my wife launch her consultancy business.
